Refund policy
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Timeframe
You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to request:
- A refund
- A size exchange
- An exchange for another product
The item must be unused, free of wear, and in its original condition, including box and accessories.
Additional fees may apply starting from the second exchange.
We do not accept returns of personalized products.
Condition of the returned product
To accept a return, the piece must:
- Have not been used
- Show no damage, marks, or scratches
- Have not been altered or modified
- Include its original packaging in good condition
If these conditions are not met, we may refuse the return.
Refunds
If you request a refund:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The refund will be issued once the piece has been received and verified.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If after the return the total amount falls below the minimum for free shipping, the original shipping fee will be deducted.
Exchanges (size or product)
- The first exchange is free.
- ETERNAL GOLDEN ODD covers the return and shipping of the new product.
- Only one free exchange per order is allowed.
- Additional exchanges may incur fees.
Defective products or order errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- We cover all costs.
- We will send a free replacement or offer a full refund.
- Photos may be requested before processing the pickup.
How to request an exchange or return

Include:
- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for the exchange or return
- Photos if it is a defective item
We will send you the shipping instructions.
Lost package during return
If you send the return on your own and the package is lost, we cannot be held responsible. We recommend using tracked shipping.
Rejected returns
We will refuse the return if we verify that the piece:
- Has been used
- Shows damage or marks
- Has been altered or tampered with
- Does not include its original packaging
- Arrives poorly packed and damaged
In such case:
- The return will be rejected.
- We will hold the piece for 14 days while awaiting your reshipping request.
- The reshipping cost must be covered by the customer.
- If we do not receive a response within that period, we will consider the item abandoned without the right to a refund.
