1. Seller Identification

Sales made through this website are carried out under the trade name ETERNAL GOLDEN ODD, with the following details:

Purchasing implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

2. Purchase Process

The user may select the desired products and add them to the cart.
Before completing the purchase, a summary will be shown including:

• Product(s)

• Price

• Taxes

• Shipping costs (if applicable)

The purchase will be finalized once the confirmation email is received.

ETERNAL GOLDEN ODD reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:

• Obvious pricing errors

• Out of stock

• Fraudulent or suspicious information

3. Prices

All prices include applicable VAT in Spain.

Shipping costs will be displayed before finalizing the order.

For orders outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees applied by their country.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Shop Pay

• PayPal

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

• Klarna

• Bizum

Payments are securely processed through the payment gateways integrated in Shopify.

5. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and you may choose:

• Full refund

• Exchange for another product

• Wait for restock (if applicable)

6. Order Shipping

Orders are shipped via DHL.

• Standard shipping (Spain): 3–5 business days

• Express shipping: 48/72h

• Europe and international: Delivery times vary depending on destination

The customer will receive an email with shipment confirmation and tracking number.

7. Refusal or Inability to Deliver

If an order cannot be delivered for reasons beyond ETERNAL GOLDEN ODD’s control (incorrect address, repeated absence…), reshipping will incur an additional cost borne by the customer.

8. Return Policy

The following conditions apply:

Refunds

• 14 calendar days from receipt.

• The product must be unused and in perfect condition.

• The customer covers the return shipping costs.

Exchanges (size or product change)

• 14 calendar days.

• First exchange is free of charge.

• ETERNAL GOLDEN ODD covers the cost of return shipping and reshipping.

Defective Products or Shipping Errors

• ETERNAL GOLDEN ODD covers all costs and replaces the product at no charge.

Returns of personalized or used products are not accepted.

9. Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used in the order.
They will be issued once the product is received and verified.

10. Warranty

Products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Wear from normal use

• Scratches

• Breakage due to improper use

• Damage from moisture, water, perfumes, or chemicals

• Items that have been modified or tampered with

11. Data Protection

Data provided during the purchase process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

12. Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
The parties submit to the courts and tribunals of A Coruña, unless otherwise legally established.
