Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We will prepare your order within a maximum of 24 business hours. During high-demand periods (launches, Black Friday, Christmas), processing times may increase slightly.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you are not available at delivery, the carrier will contact you for a new attempt.

Shipping outside the European Union

Orders may be subject to additional taxes or customs fees, to be covered by the buyer. These are usually communicated through the tracking link once the package reaches customs.

Delivery times

Times begin once the order is handed over to the carrier:

Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands)

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express shipping: 48/72h

Europe

  • 4–10 business days

International

  • 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary due to demand or external factors.

Shipping costs

They are displayed before completing the purchase.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link when the order is shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to review the information and ensure that the provided address is correct.

Delays

Delays caused by customs, strikes, weather conditions, high demand, or carrier incidents are not directly dependent on ETERNAL GOLDEN ODD, but we will assist you in managing them.

Order not received

  1. Check the tracking information.
  2. Contact the carrier.
  3. If not resolved, write to us at ecommerce@eternalgoldenodd.com.

Incorrect address or absence

  • The package will be returned to the warehouse.
  • The customer must cover the cost of reshipping.
  • If you prefer a refund, the initial shipping costs will be deducted.

Order marked as delivered but not received

  1. Contact the carrier to open an investigation.
  2. Write to us at ecommerce@eternalgoldenodd.com and we will support you throughout the process.

Note: If the carrier confirms that the delivery was completed correctly at the indicated address, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

Lost order

If the carrier confirms that the package is lost:

  • We will send you a new order at no cost, or

  • We will issue a full refund.

Order damaged during transport

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within the first 48 hours after receiving it.

  2. Send photos of the packaging and the product.

We will process the incident and send you a replacement once verified.
